An apartment building commissioned by the 13th district municipality of Budapest, with a maximum number of apartments, optimally located car parks, and friendly green areas. The building is divided into 3 blocks, which are connected by a uniform traffic system that is free from crowds. There is a parking lot on the ground floor and basement level, and a green community courtyard on the first floor. Different sized apartments were designed in the different blocks, and their heating is provided by ground probes and air-to-air heat exchangers. The air conditioning units are located in the basement and receive fresh air through the stairwell spindles.
