The semi-detached family house built in the 1990s has undergone a complete aesthetic and functional renovation. The old high roof has been replaced by a flat roof supported by pillars, which also covers the terraces open to the view. As a result of the landscaping, the new entrance has been moved to the top floor: from the gate, we reach the representative communal spaces via a bridge. From here, we can descend to the bedroom level via the only new extension of the building, a staircase with a drawn arm, and then further to the lower-level pool. The glass walls that run along the entire length open up towards the panorama.
Our joint work with architect Ádám Pásztor.
