A newly built apartment building is planned for the eastern part of the plot in the historical center of Budafok, facing Kossuth Lajos Street. As an important aspect, we left the possibility of later expansion towards Magdolna Street. Kossuth Lajos Street is the main street of Budafok, with a closed-row development, which predestined the formal design of the building. The L-shaped, street-line intensive height development towards the street, ground floor + first floor + attic, simple, rectangular floor plan, gable roof building section, was influenced by the placement of the window of the school corridor located in the southern part of the plot.
