The division of the area into several plots according to the client's requirements influenced the layout. The aim was to minimize parking spaces and to place the buildings in a ventilated manner, increasing the intimacy of the apartments. Car and pedestrian access was provided on the outer ring, with only pedestrian walkways between the buildings and a community space protected from traffic in the center. The three buildings of the residential park, consisting of 6 buildings, were designed with the same floor plan, with 5 apartments per floor, mainly designed for families. In addition to the economical design, the generous size of the terraces stands out, which provides additional living space for the residents.
